A person was found dead in a parking lot at San Francisco’s Crissy Field on Sunday morning, authorities said.

Just after 6:30 am, 911 dispatchers received a call about a person lying in the East Beach parking lot, said San Francisco fire spokesperson Justin Schorr.

“At this time, the investigation is ongoing and there is no other specific information available,” a Park Police spokesperson said in a statement.
