ROCKFORD, Ill. (WIFR) – A man is accused of killing four people, injuring seven others and breaking into a home after a residential area was terrorized Wednesday.
Police say the 22-year-old suspect was arrested following the 20-minute crime spree.
Christian Soto, a 22-year-old Rockford man, was booked at 12:39 am Thursday, according to online records on the Winnebago County Sheriff’s website. Soto faces 11 charges of murder/attempt to kill and two counts of home invasion.
Court records show he lives on Upland Drive, which is in the same neighborhood the attacks took place.
Soto will be in court at 1:30 pm Thursday, according to online records.
